Shipping

State of Mental currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on the product and delivery location.

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once in transit, standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the U.S. and 10–30 business days for international orders, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays. Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we're not able to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders affected by incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every State of Mental item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based decisions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

In most approved cases involving damaged or misprinted items, a return is not required, so there is typically no return shipping cost to you.
