Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each State of Mental item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. International orders can take 10–30 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package directly with the carrier.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering since sizing can vary between styles. When in doubt, size up — our items are made to order and we can't accept returns for sizing preference.

Do your items run true to size?

Most of our apparel runs true to size, but fit can vary by style. Always check the size chart on the product page for the most accurate measurements.

Print Quality

What printing method do you use?

Our products are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) and other high-quality print methods through our production partners. Colors are vibrant and designed to last with proper care.

Will the colors look exactly like the product photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the nature of digital printing. Each piece is unique!

Care Instructions

How should I wash my items?

To keep your State of Mental gear looking its best: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print. Do not bleach.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based decisions. For full details, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — and in most cases, you won't need to return the item.
